Fundraising Update

A million thanks to everyone who's already donated to my BC SPCA fund for the Scotiabank Half-Marathon Charity Challenge! Don't forget, the charity that raises the most will receive an additional $5000 from Scotiabank! Here are the standings as of today: Top 3 Fundraising Charities (Online Pledges Only) 1. (heard you on the roundtable. congrats on joining that team and have fun in DC. I ran the Capitol Hill 10K last year, loved it, and am running it again this weekend). Weather here is pretty nice

Hey, i'll look out for you, I'll be wearing a white MCM hat and a blue singlet most likely.. While you're visiting, be sure to run around the Mall (it's four miles rectangle from capitol to lincon) and try Hains point at Potomac Park or Rock Creek Park.

Hey Running Bebe...this is the Lonewolf...aka Adam...Look your story on your dog broke my heart..I'm a Dog Lover haveing two big dogs right now...so I gave you some money and follow you on your quest to run 26.2 ...I'm training for the Victoria marathon up near you...so keep it up and Freddie is a beautiful boy....

Hello Dear..This is the Lonewolf again...I just heard you on the Extra Mile podcast and you sounded a little down. I just wanted to tell you that your doing great and don't worry so much about how much your running and concentrate on well your running. Your terrific and keep smiling. I have a 3 legged Rottwiller that looks so much Like your beautiful boy, his name is Behr. Just wanted to say hi and keep your head up....
